About Us
Swati Hotels, LLC operates and develops hotels throughout the United States. Our portfolio includes Marriott and IHG hotels and more than 400 rooms in top business travel, convention markets, and resort destinations located Southeast in the U.S. We strive to acquire, develop, reposition, renovate and operate hotels in the most attractive markets and pride ourselves in providing services that allow our hotels to achieve solid growth and generate more revenue month after month, year after year.

Bhavyesh Patel
President & CEO
Bhavyesh Patel is responsible for the execution of Swati Hotels growth strategy, implementing and managing investment goal. Bhavyesh has been involved in all operational roles of hotel industry for over 10 years. Prior to Swati Hotels, Bhavyesh spend 5 years as Internship and General Manager at JHM Hotels (Now Auro Hotels) which owned and operated over 40 hotels in USA including India. In depth experiences include hotel asset management, renovations and acquisitions. Bhavyesh won JHM Hotels GM Inner Circle and Regional GM of the Year (SC, NC, GA) Award first place. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and hotel management from Rosen College of Hospitality Management.
